New online course for Target Sprint community

Posted on May 7, 2020 (updated:May 25, 2020) by Gorgs Geikie

We are delighted to announce a new online course for our Target Sprint community, which is open to anyone 18 years and above to take part.

No qualifications are needed as a pre-requisite of this course, just the aspiration and willingness to coordinate Target Sprint activity.

We at British Shooting want to help to support and upskill people who are interested in organising and coordinating Target Sprint activity, so there’s no better opportunity than now to sign up when you have time on your hands to plan and let your creative juices flow!

This new dynamic course is available today onwards and will cost £20 per participant.

Once the country gets moving again, we want to encourage more safe activity to take place around the country, enabling a wider audience to engage with and enjoy our sport for all.

Sign Up Here:

The 2 hours workshop will be conducted virtually in a fashion that suits the participant and Educator, and will culminate in a short true/false Q&A where participants need to attain at least 60% success rate in order to pass.

The course will enable successful participants to understand how, and be able to coordinate a Target Sprint activity, event, Hub or Regional Centre.

What next?

The first step is to express your interest here following which participants will be contacted via email by British Shooting, who will connect you with one of our current Educators Paul Langford or Robert Shawyer, who will then liaise with the participant about the course delivery.

Paul and Rob in unison said, “We’re thrilled to be supporting British Shooting in this dynamic new course and helping to continue the momentum that Target Sprint in Great Britain has gathered to date.”
