Robert Shawyer, one of our fantastic team delivering this masterclass went on to say; “We shall explore physical, mental, visual and other styles of shooting and strength & conditioning drills for you to take away and build upon for use in between your formal training sessions once these resume.

“The masterclass will be classroom and practical based with individual and group sessions with the emphasis on knowledge sharing to facilitate better “Training for You”.

“You will not need to bring a rifle or any ammunition as we appreciate many of you may not have this equipment or the facilities to use it at home.

“The event shall also feature a inspiring motivation talk from Menna Evans “World Record Holder” who has just run 1300 miles in 35 days breaking the previous World Record to run across New Zealand by an amazing 17 days!

“We look forward to seeing you all one again to continue your learning at another British Shooting’s Masterclass series event.”

Masterclass “Training for You” is jointly hosted by two Regional Centres; 21st Romsey Target Sprint and Target Sprint Wales. The Masterclass will be held in Cardiff at the Sport Wales National Centre.
